Rich Gaski

Rich Gaski, CTO

Rich Gaski started his career far back as Ziff-Davis and Fujitsu publishing with smart card loyalty and wallet applications.  He has worked on platforms as apps of all types ranging from point of sale devices, smart cards and even mobile platforms far back as Windows CE and Palm Pilot.  He worked for large fortune 500 brands such as Fidelity Investments as their Director of Wireless Services on their mobile service, Instabroker and into Fidelity Anywhere, a full service financial portal.  Rich then co-founded Aplana Mobile, a "play-for-prizes" mobile gaming firm, where he oversaw the product management and development of casual and location aware multi-player games for US and Canadian carriers all while building one of the first platforms for online fulfillment and gaming.  Following this, Rich joined DBS Communications' management team as their Director of Product and Program Management, where he was responsible for their data and mobile product strategy.  Rich launched Mix, an interactive SMS-based content platform and DBS' first non-voice revenue service.  With the launch of the iPhone iPad and the eminent impact it was to have on education and in the classroom, Rich joined Pearson as Director of Mobile Technology for Pearson Education to put these devices and applications in the hands of students and teacher across the country. During his time there, Rich supported the development of more than 50 mobile applications for iOS, Android and Windows Mobile. Rich left Pearson to join Applico, a mobile strategy, design and development firm in Manhattan, as VP of Products where he was responsible for the strategy, product and design teams that were creating digital platforms as well as responsive web, mobile web and mobile native applications.  

In addition to his professional experiences, Rich holds Bachelor's degrees in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering as well as a Master's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Information Systems and Entrepreneurship. While pursuing his MBA, he even found time to teach an undergraduate course about "Technology in Management" at Boston College.

Louis Simeonidis, CMO and Head of Business Development

As CMO, Louis leads the Business Development, Marketing and Client Services departments for Magnific Technology.

Louis has over 20 years of experience in Mobile Technology, Business Development, Marketing, Software Development and Multimedia Production. Prior Louis was CMO at the world’s leading mobile innovation firms and advertising agencies; IPG, McCann Worldgroup, MRM Worldwide, Ansible, Velti and Applico.

His previous client roster includes; Google, NBC, Philips, Mayo Clinic, FBI, ABC, Direct TV, Tyra Banks, Ryder, ASICS, L'OCCITANE, Pearson, ETS, Wireless Generation, GM, AT&T, Verizon, Toshiba, Texas Instruments, PWC, Cartus and Xylem, Intel, Applebee's, Avis Budget, US Army, Smirnoff, Captain Morgan's, Sprycel, Orencia, Microsoft, Vodafone, Timberland, Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, Bayer Healthcare, Meda, Sony and Puma .
